For education providers

Help the right students find the right programme.

EduVector is building a course-discovery and guidance platform for Kerala. We are inviting institutes to express interest in verified profiles, course visibility and a future qualified-enquiry pilot.

Why partner with EduVector

Be considered during the decision—not after it.

Students often contact institutes before they understand the course. EduVector’s aim is to help them explore and compare first, so the eventual conversation begins with more useful context.

01

A clearer profile

Present verified courses, modes, location and key information in a consistent format.

02

Relevant discovery

Appear where students are already exploring a matching course or career direction.

03

Better enquiry context

Understand the learner’s qualification, interests, budget range and timeline when voluntarily shared.

04

Transparent visibility

Featured placements are clearly identified instead of being disguised as rankings.

Types of student enquiries

Different questions need different follow-up.

The planned qualification process helps distinguish early researchers from students who are closer to joining.

Discovery enquiry

“Which direction suits me?”

A learner is comparing fields and needs course-level guidance before considering providers.

Course enquiry

“Where can I study this?”

A learner has chosen an area and wants to compare modes, locations, eligibility and programme details.

Provider-ready enquiry

“I want current admission details.”

A learner is willing to contact an institute about the next batch, fees, schedule or application process.

How qualified enquiries work

Context first. Consent before connection.

The model is designed to avoid passing anonymous contact details without context. Students choose what to share and review their message before sending it.

1

The student explores

They browse courses, compare options or request guidance.

2

The student provides context

They may share qualification, course interest, location, mode, budget range and timeline.

3

The student gives consent

They review the prepared information and choose whether to send or request provider contact.

4

The provider follows up

The institute responds with accurate current information and respects the learner’s communication preference.

Visibility options

Profiles first. Commercial options after value is proven.

EduVector is currently validating the directory and enquiry model. Specific lead prices will not be published until demand, enquiry quality and operational costs are tested.

Verified institute profile

A structured, factual directory presence.

Designed to make essential information easier for prospective students to review.

  • Institute overview and official location
  • Confirmed course and learning-mode information
  • Official website and contact routes
  • Visible information-verification date
  • Corrections and update requests

Featured or sponsored visibility

Extra visibility with an unmistakable label.

Potential future options may include featured placement, sponsored course visibility and campaign enquiries.

  • Always labelled “Sponsored” or “Featured”
  • No hidden pay-to-rank presentation
  • No guaranteed admissions or lead volume
  • Scope and expectations agreed before launch
  • Performance reviewed during a pilot
Transparency commitment: paying for visibility will not convert an advertisement into a recommendation. EduVector’s independent guidance and disclosure labels must remain clear to students.

Verification process

Accurate listings begin with provider confirmation.

A profile should be reviewed before it is treated as provider-verified. Information may also be periodically rechecked or marked for confirmation when it becomes outdated.

1

Identity check

Confirm the institute’s legal or operating name, official website and location.

2

Programme review

Confirm active courses, learning modes and enquiry contacts.

3

Claim review

Request evidence before displaying accreditation, placement or outcome claims.

4

Publish and maintain

Show the verification date and provide a route for corrections or updates.

Partnership enquiry

Tell us about your institute.

This is an expression-of-interest form for the early EduVector partnership pilot. It does not create a contract, guarantee a listing or promise a specific number of enquiries.

No lead price is being quoted yet. Any paid pilot would be discussed only after understanding your courses, target students and the quality of enquiries EduVector can realistically support.

Institute partnership profile

Fields marked with * are required.

The form prepares the message in your browser and does not automatically store or submit these details through the website.

Partnership FAQs

Clear expectations before a pilot.

Is EduVector currently promising a specific number of leads?

No. EduVector is still validating demand and enquiry quality. A pilot should define realistic scope without guaranteed volumes or admissions.

Can an institute pay to appear first in every result?

Paid visibility may be tested later, but it must carry a clear sponsored or featured label. Payment will not be presented as an independent recommendation.

What information is needed for a verified profile?

At minimum: official identity, location, website or contact route, active course information and learning modes. Claims about accreditation or placements may require supporting evidence.

Will EduVector publish lead prices?

Not during the initial validation stage. Commercial terms should follow evidence about demand, lead quality and the work required to support institutes responsibly.

Can an institute request corrections?

Yes. Providers should be able to submit corrections or updates, which EduVector can review before changing the public listing.
